Sara Pedlow

Biography

Sara Pedlow is the Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Wills and Trusts (Vancouver) subsection and a member of the Estate Planning Council of Vancouver. She currently serves as the Student Liaison Officer for the Vancouver Branch Executive of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a global professional body comprised of lawyers, accountants, financial advisors and other practitioners that help families plan for their future. Prior to joining McLellan Herbert, Sara practiced in the area of wills, estates and trusts at a leading international law firm. Her focus is estate planning and administration, though she has a background in litigation. Sara is a contributing author to CLEBC’s Estate Planning & Wealth Preservation Manual and Wills practice materials for the Professional Legal Training Course.
